Ingredients:
6 egg whites
1 C cottage cheese
1 C rolled oats, dry
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth. Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium-low heat. Pour 1/4 C of batter on to griddle. Flip when they start to turn brown around the edges.
