Oatmeal Raisin Bites
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
Scant 1/2 cup applesauce or over-ripe banana (mashed)
1/4 cup nut butter (I used almond butter)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 pure vanilla extract
3 T dried raisins (or other dried fruit)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Mash the banana with the nut butter (I forgot the banana, oops!)
Add all other ingredients
& mix well
Shape in to balls & bake for around 15 minutes
The finished product. Even though I forgot to add the banana, these still turned out very tasty. Eat a couple for breakfast or have a few as an afternoon snack. Enjoy!
