My birthday workout was by far my favorite this week. If walking up a flight of stairs that spans 1 mile and gains 2,000 feet of elevation isn't a challenge enough, throw in spots of ice and snow and that challenge was just put on crack.
Going into week 6, my body is
telling screaming at me to take it a little easier. I have the genes of my dad when it comes to listening to my body, which means that I probably won't, but that's just another challenge I will take on these next 7 days!
